CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE RESERVATION BY THE GUEST
Cancellation of the reservation or any changes must be communicated as soon as possible via e-mail or post, the address of which is indicated on the booking receipt. Canceling a booking may result in penalties, which depend on each portal.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking: Total amount requested
within 15 days of arrival: It is possible to cancel the reservation and obtain a full refund
If there are government restrictions published in the official gazette of the Italian Republic that prevent the stay, the guest who has already paid will be refunded with a voucher that can be spent in all our facilities within 365 days.
In the accommodation description you can find other booking cancellation rules, which are more specific than the general conditions.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE RESERVATION BY THE COMPANY
In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the company for unforeseen reasons beyond the company's control and with the impossibility of entering the accommodation, the company will inform you of the unforeseen event as soon as possible and will try to find an alternative, providing you with new accommodation of the same type or higher level.
If this option is not possible or does not satisfy you, the reservation will be canceled and you will immediately be refunded the entire amount already paid.
In these cases, complaints and subsequent complaints are not accepted.
A refund is not possible if the customer, despite having been offered new accommodation, finds complaints.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed exclusively within the company, placed in the document folder belonging to the travel company with which you conclude the rental contract on the premises.
The use of data is necessary for the administrative process for booking, maintaining consolidated business relationships and to provide information on new services and offers.
According to the rules for the implementation of the established norms, the travel company ensures the use of the necessary methods to maintain the appropriate level of security in the processing of personal data.
Therefore, the Company informs you that it can use your data to verify and/or cancel a request based on your personal data via the document sent as a passport or to the address specified in the request voucher.
The travel company will not provide your personal information to third parties, unless this action has been previously agreed and necessary for the presentation of the requested tourist services. In conclusion, personal data will be used by ITS to provide technical support. In the event that ITS uses customer information, it is obliged to take basic or appropriate measures for the secure use of data. Therefore, it does not use the data for other purposes, nor does it transfer information to third parties.
DATA PROTECTION
Pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree. n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), we inform you that your personal data will remain in the company archives, with the aim of being able to offer you our services.
In the same way, we inform you that you have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data.
