CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION BY THE GUEST
The cancellation of the reservation or any variation must be communicated as soon as possible by e-mail or ordinary mail, the address of which is indicated on the reservation receipt. The cancellation of a reservation may involve penalties, which depend on each portal.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
With the persistence of the Sars-Covid-19 pandemic, our company has decided to meet its guests and the following cancellation policies will apply:
At the time of booking: no amount is required
14 days before arrival: payment of accommodation and extras is required
Upon arrival: balance of the tourist tax
If there are government restrictions published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic that prevent the stay, if the guest has already paid, he will be refunded with a voucher that can be spent in all our facilities within 365 days.
In the description of the accommodation you can find other cancellation rules, which are more specific than the general conditions.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION BY THE COMPANY
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the company for unforeseen reasons beyond the company and with the impossibility of entering the accommodation, the company will inform you as soon as possible of the unexpected and will try to find an alternative, providing you with a new accommodation of the same or higher level.
If this option is not possible or does not satisfy you, the reservation will be canceled and you will be immediately refunded the full amount already paid.
In these cases, subsequent complaints and claims are not accepted.
The refund is not possible if the customer, despite having been offered a new accommodation, finds complaints.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed exclusively within the company, placed in the folder of documents belonging to the travel company with which you conclude the rental contract on the premises.
The use of data is necessary for the administrative process for booking, maintaining consolidated business relationships and for providing information on new services and offers.
According to the rules for the implementation of the established rules, the travel company guarantees the use of the necessary methods to maintain the adequate level of security in the processing of personal data.
Therefore, the Company informs you that it may use your data for the verification and / or cancellation of a request based on your personal data by means of the document sent as a passport or at the address specified in the request voucher.
The travel company will not provide your personal information to third parties, unless this action has been previously agreed and necessary for the presentation of the requested tourist services. In conclusion, personal data will be used by ITS to provide technical support. In the event that the ITS uses customer information, it is obliged to take basic or appropriate measures for the safe use of data. Therefore, it does not use the data for other purposes, nor does it transfer information to third parties.
DATA PROTECTION
Pursuant to art. 13 of the D. Legisl. n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), we inform you that your personal data will remain in the company archives, with the aim of being able to offer you our services.
In the same way, we inform you that it is your right to exercise the right of withdrawal, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data.
