CANCELLATION AND BOOKING CHANGES BY THE GUEST
The cancellation of the booking or any changes must be communicated as soon as possible by e-mail or by post, to the address indicated on the booking receipt.
The cancellation of a booking may involve penalties, which depend on each portal.

Up to 22 days before arrival: It is possible to cancel the booking and receive a full refund

In the event of government restrictions published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic that prevent the stay, the guest, if payment has already been made, will be refunded with a voucher valid for all our properties within 365 days.

In the description of the accommodation, you may find other cancellation rules that are more specific than the general conditions.
CANCELLATION AND BOOKING CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In the event of cancellation of the booking by the company due to unforeseen reasons beyond its control and making it impossible to enter the accommodation, the company will inform you as soon as possible and will try to find an alternative, offering you a new accommodation of the same type or a higher standard.
If this option is not possible or does not satisfy you, the booking will be cancelled and the entire amount already paid will be immediately refunded.
In such cases, claims and subsequent complaints are not accepted.
Refund is not possible if the client, despite being offered an alternative accommodation, raises complaints.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed exclusively internally within the company, kept in the document folder of the travel company with which you conclude the rental contract.
The use of the data is necessary for the administrative process of the booking, the maintenance of established business relationships, and to provide information on new services and offers.
According to the applicable regulations, the travel company guarantees the use of the necessary methods to maintain an adequate level of security in the processing of personal data.
The company therefore informs you that it may use your data for verification and/or cancellation of a request based on your personal data through the document provided, such as a passport, or at the address specified in the request voucher.
The travel company will not provide your personal information to third parties, unless this action has been previously agreed upon and is necessary for the provision of the requested tourist services.
In conclusion, personal data will be used by ITS to provide technical support. If ITS uses customer information, it is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Therefore, data is not used for other purposes, nor transferred to third parties.
DATA PROTECTION
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), we inform you that your personal data will remain in the company’s archives, for the purpose of providing you with our services.
In the same way, we inform you that you are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, rectification, cancellation, and opposition of your personal data.
