Welcome to the beautiful Maison Bellini completely renovated in 2021!
The four apartments are located in a beautiful detached house, surrounded by a lovely designed garden with a pool.
These modern and preciously furnished apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The small holiday residence is only a short walk away from the beach, from the lake promenade, and from the center, and there is also a children's playground just a few steps away from the house.
The apartment Maison Bellini number 2 is suitable for up to 4 people, it is located on the ground floor and it has a private covered terrace.
The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, another bed is in the living area on the comfortable double fold-away bed.
The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area leading to the furnished terrace.
The large bathroom has the shower, the washbasin and a toilet.
In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.
You can park your car in the parking spots belonging to the building.
A perfect destination for eventful days with the family or a romantic time for two - you will definitely spend a wonderful holiday here!
Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate. The nature with cypresses, holm-oaks and olive trees offers a great example of the Mediterranean scrub. Enjoy the time in this beautiful Toscolano-Maderno holiday apartment. You won't be bored. The 4,000 square meter bathing beach, which has recently been wonderfully expanded, takes care of that. And moreover: if you like playing golf, you can enjoy it in Golf Bogliaco. If you want to visit one of the most famous and nicest places around the lake, just take the ferry (which runs all year round) to Torri del Benaco. The Scaliger Castle from 1383 and many other attractions await you here.
The location is suitable as a starting point for one-day trips to the beautiful cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice and around Lake Garda.
The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are around 35 km away for a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.

Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und in jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage und Jalousien.

Fußläufig kann man sowohl mehrere Restaurants als auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Auch die beiden Fähranleger sind innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war problemlos und stets zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt |

Top gepflegte, neuwertige Unterkunft mit gehobener Ausstattung. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage und der tolle, großzügige Pool haben uns in diesem heißen Sommer den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

Fewo war wunderbar, sauber, alles neu und gut gepflegt. Auch die Liegewiese und der Pool sind sehr schön! Aurora war unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, immer erreichbar und sehr nett! Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft!
