Upon arrival, guests can use a reserved outdoor parking area where up to two cars can be parked. Beyond the parking area, a flower-lined path leads to the magnificent infinity pool, surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden. This outdoor space is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace of the place, while the crystal-clear water of the pool adds a touch of luxury to the setting.
The apartment stands out for the elegance and functionality of its spaces. Upon entering, we are greeted by a spacious and bright living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa, perfect for moments of relaxation or for an evening in good company. The living area connects directly to the American-style kitchen, separated by a refined sliding glass door, which makes it perfect for an open and bright living experience. The kitchen is spacious, with an island and fully equipped with all the necessary accessories to prepare delicious dishes or appetizers. From the kitchen and living room, three large French doors lead to the wide 48 m² terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the lake. This outdoor space is a corner of paradise, with a large table, chairs, and a comfortable sofa, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing moments. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more enchanting thanks to the discreet lighting of the spotlights, creating a perfect setting to enjoy the view and tranquillity.
The layout of the apartment includes two well-separated sleeping areas to ensure maximum privacy and comfort. The first sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a private terrace of 15 m² and a view of the pool, a second bedroom with two single beds and a window, a service bathroom with laundry, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a 15 m² terrace overlooking the pool, a single bedroom with a desk, an elegant en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a second service bathroom. All rooms are equipped with autonomous air conditioning and wardrobes, while the entire apartment is covered by excellent Wi-Fi signal.

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00. For arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30, a supplement of 50.00 E will apply. In addition, a security deposit of 300 E is required, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid by card, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, unless damages are found.
