Since 2013, we have been carefully selecting the best properties, building trusting relationships with the owners that are strengthened each year. Our mission is to make you feel at home, meeting the expectations of even the most demanding guests. Each of our apartments is designed to offer you a quality stay, and Jack’s Penthouse is no exception. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished in the spring of 2018, it is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, just a few steps from the centre of Desenzano del Garda. Despite the effort of the climb, the breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the castle more than reward each step, offering you an unforgettable experience from the small equipped balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or aperitifs at sunset. The apartment welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a sofa bed, TV, dining table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a toaster, kettle, moka pot, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning, present in every room, ensures optimal comfort even on the hottest days. The master bedroom has a wardrobe, desk and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet and WC. The second bedroom, located near the entrance, has a private bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and a practical wardrobe. Each bed is enhanced with a high-quality topper, improving comfort and sleep quality. Free Wi-Fi and a practical storage room with a washing machine complete the apartment’s offering, along with new, carefully chosen furniture that contributes to creating a welcoming and refined environment. The location is ideal for exploring Desenzano and its surroundings: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are nearby, while the A4 motorway, just 3 km away, allows easy access to cities such as Milan and Venice. For those travelling by train, the well-connected Desenzano del Garda railway station is a short walk away. A private multi-storey parking lot, 400 meters from the apartment, is available on request for a daily cost of 15 E. A distinctive feature of all our apartments is the Concierge service, ensuring you a stress-free and completely personalised stay. From one week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area. You won’t have to worry about boxes with codes or walking long distances to collect keys. Your personal concierge will welcome you directly on arrival, escort you to the apartment and remain available for any needs during your stay. At the end of your experience, the concierge will be there to say goodbye and make sure everything was perfect. Assistance is provided via direct chat, with quick and personalised responses to ensure you always feel pampered and well cared for. Jack’s Penthouse also offers a security deposit of 150 E, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the apartment. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with an additional charge of 50 E for arrivals between 7:00 pm and 11:30 pm. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of 5 E per day. Upon request, we provide a welcome pack for your four-legged friends, including a bed, bowls and food for the first night. If desired, the materials will be available for you to take with you at the end of your stay, with an additional charge of 15 E per night for the extra service. Jack’s Penthouse is the perfect choice for those seeking a unique, comfortable and relaxing experience, with an incredible view of Lake Garda, a central location and exclusive services to make your stay even more special. Die Lage des Apartment ist sehr gut. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Gardasee und die Burg. Wir waren in der obersten Wohnung (viele Treppen ohne Aufzug) war für uns aber nicht schlimm Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Wir haben in einem Parkhaus geparkt. Hier hat uns Beatriz das Parkticket besorgt und wir haben bei ihr gezahlt. Wir werden Desenziano Loft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen und auch selber wieder Urlaub hier machen |

Das Bett im kleineren Zimmer quietscht sehr laut, auch wenn man sich nur vorsichtig umdreht. Es waren einige kleine Ameisen in der Küche/ am Balkon und ein paar Haare im Bad. Ansonsten aber top, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
