Description
(license CIM00361). The apartment is located in the historical city center of Desenzano, overlooking the square and the lake, all built in river stone. On the first floor of a historical building, in the pedestrian area of Desenzano del Garda, we find "LET IT BE A DREAM". The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. An arch made of stone separates the kitchen from the living room, where there are: TV, air conditioning and a double sofa bed. From here we head towards a very spacious terrace overlooking the lake and the "Cappelletti" square. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One room has a double bed and the other a French bed. Among the rooms there is a comfortable bathroom with bidet and hydromassage shower. Near the entrance we can find a laundry room and a toilet. In short ... LET IT BE A DREAM.
For all our guests there is a 15% discount in our partner restaurants: Osteria La Frasca, Restaurant Tablinum and La Cambusa della Fraglia.

The water switches from scorching hot to ice cold repeatedly, making showering almost impossible. The kitchen had a mishmash of old, warped pots and pans that had to be propped up to use. Only one of the stove burners worked.

si potrebbe prestare maggior cura a piccoli dettagli come le tubature in terrazza o il ricambio degli oggetti rovinati, che darebbero maggior appeal ad una soluzione abitativa già funzionale e confortevole.

Gli ambienti sono spaziosi ed idonei ad ospitare fino a 6 persone (letto matrimoniale, letto da una piazza e 1/2, divano letto + due bagni). Self check-in molto comodo, ci ha permesso di ritirare direttamente le chiavi all'arrivo in modo pratico e veloce. Staff gentilissimo, tempestivo nelle risposte e molto disponibile nei riguardi delle nostre richieste. Sicuramente consigliato!

In der Beschreibung wird erwähnt, dass der Parkplatz nur 200 Meter entfernt sei - da geht man davon aus, dass ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört und zur Verfügung steht. In Wahrheit hat es einen kleinen öffentlichen Parkplatz, der immer voll belegt ist und wir mussten unser Auto teilweise bis zu einem Kilometer entfernt parkieren... Eine Belegung bis 7 Personen ist nur möglich, wenn sich die 5./6. und allenfalls 7. Person mit einem recht einfachen Schlafsofa (dünne Matratze) begnügen - ich würde die Wohnung maximal für 5 Personen ausschreiben! |
