A small complex of just 4 apartments, with a wonderful panoramic view. These apartments are for people from 14 years of age and guarantee moments of holiday in the name of tranquility!
Barone has been completely renovated in 2017 with high quality materials and refined furnishings.
The elegantly furnished interior consists of a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and toaster, a spacious bedroom with double bed, desk and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower (90x100).
From the living room you have access to the beautiful private terrace that enjoys a magnificent view of the Lake, equipped with a table and chairs for morning breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Waking up with a panoramic view of the lake and with the sunlight shining and illuminating the mountain is the perfect way to start your holiday on Lake Garda.
Free Wi-Fi connection is available.
Barone is only 500 metres from the centre of Tignale, where all the main services, bars and typical restaurants are located.
Guests can use free of charge by reservation from 01.04 to 31.10 from 17.00 to 20.00 the brand new wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and multi-function showers located inside the Albergo Castello (about 600 metres from your apartment)
To spend a day of fun, the famous parks like Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 70 km away. Ask us for discounted tickets at check-in.
Heating, air conditioning and electricity to be paid according to consumption: € 0.85 per kWh.
Tourist tax to be paid on site € 2.00 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the electricity of the house.

Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit (Deckenlampe über dem Esstisch) war für unseren Geschmack etwas ungemütlich. Eine Stehlampe neben dem Sofa wäre schön.

Das Schlafzimmer hatte zwar 2 Fenster. Eines war jedoch nur eine Luke über dem Bett mit Buntglas und das andere führte in einen schmalen Gang, welcher wiederum auf die Terrasse führte. Dadurch kam kein Tageslicht in das Schlafzimmer und man konnte nisee more
Das Schlafzimmer hatte zwar 2 Fenster. Eines war jedoch nur eine Luke über dem Bett mit Buntglas und das andere führte in einen schmalen Gang, welcher wiederum auf die Terrasse führte. Dadurch kam kein Tageslicht in das Schlafzimmer und man konnte nicht so recht lüften. Das war ein bisschen schade, architektonisch aber nicht anders lösbar. Von daher kam die Klimaanlage in den Einsatz.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen Traumblick auf den Gardasee. Für Urlaub mit Hund super, weil man gleich Wanderwege vor der Tür hat. Wir fühlten uns rundum Wohl und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub am Gardasee!

Die Wohnung liegt extrem günstig für alle Wanderungen, die man in dieser Gegend unternehmen kann. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist aber der Balkon. Der Blick ist einmalig!
