In the stylish living room you will find a large, cozy sofa corner with satellite TV and wood stove. In the fully equipped, modern kitchen you have plenty of space to cook together.
Two of the bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed and the third has two single beds. The villa offers a shower room on the ground floor and an additional shower room in the basement.
Relax in the cozy dining area with panoramic window at the stylish dining table with high-quality chairs. From here you can go directly to the beautiful, spacious terrace with table and chairs, as well as an enchantingly beautiful garden with private pool with palm trees, orange trees and olives.
The garden with private pool is an oasis of calm and relaxation and thus the highlight of this villa. The fantastic outdoor area invites you to spend the whole day in the fresh air.
On the large terrace at the house you can sit together in a cozy atmosphere. Here you can have meals outdoors or have barbecues.
There are outdoor parking spaces for 2 cars and a garage. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
The beautiful property is only 2 km from the center of Moniga del Garda, a delightful village with its own history. In the center of the village there are various restaurants and cafes that are worth a bush and charming alleys that take you back in time. The beautiful beach of Moniga del Garda with the port and long lake promenade is only 2.5 kilometers away. The Soiano del Lago golf course is just 3 km away.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, obwohl ein weiteres Badezimmer oder zumindest eine Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoss gut gewesen wäre. Der Garten ist sensationell und auch der Pool ist toll. Wir wurden alle super nett empfangen. Auch der Hund hat eine Gescsee more
Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, obwohl ein weiteres Badezimmer oder zumindest eine Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoss gut gewesen wäre. Der Garten ist sensationell und auch der Pool ist toll. Wir wurden alle super nett empfangen. Auch der Hund hat eine Geschenkbox bekommen. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Lage ist top. Weg vom Verkehr und trotzdem mit Blick auf den See. Ein Mängel im Badezimmer wurde umgehend von einem Handwerker behoben und auch zusätzliche Liegestühle wurden umgehend vorbeigebracht. Es war ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub. Nur die Mücken sind in der Dämmerung lästig gewesen. Das Haus besitzt aber überall Mückennetze vor den Fenstern, so dass wir drinnen verschont blieben. |
