Welcome to Residence Gardaliva, your perfect getaway built in 2019! Located just 450 meters from the beautiful beach and lakeside promenade of Manerba del Garda, our residence features five meticulously designed apartments, each tastefully furnished to provide guests with both comfort and style.
Within a short walk, you'll find the charming Romantica beach, a variety of restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket, and a mini-golf course. The complex is surrounded by a lovely, well-maintained garden that includes an infinity pool, and each apartment comes with a reserved parking space and a common BBQ area at the back.
The Gardaliva Yellow Studio 4 is ideal for couples but can accommodate up to four guests. It includes a cozy living area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a pull-down double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The studio features a separate bedroom (without doors), a wardrobe area, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, and a communal laundry room.
From the living area, you can access a spacious covered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and 2 sun loungers. This leads to the communal garden and the pool, which is suitable for young children (minimum depth 0.50 m).
Residence Gardaliva is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. All our guests will receive a complimentary welcome gift featuring local products. Manerba del Garda is also an excellent starting point for cycling excursions and visits to nearby wineries.

Die Abgabe des Schlüssels in der Nacht bei Heimreise könnte man verbessern,
Evtl. einen Briefkasten an der Anlage in dem man den Schlüssel einwerfen kann und nicht erst durch ganz Manerba fahren fund ihn beim Service einwerfen.

Prima Wohnung mit allem was man braucht für eine gute Zeit.Der Pool direkt vorm Wohnzimmer hat schon was.Wir waren zu zweit und haben es genossen. Man kann alles schnell erreichen und die Anlage ist schön klein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Waschmaschine steht unglücklich und das Tor zur Strasse könnte mit einem Bewegungsmelder , wenn man von innen nach ausser fährt, automatisch öffnen .

Sehr authentische, herzliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter die bügeln einiges weg ich hoffe nur wenn das Geschäft auf Hochtouren läuft das es so bleibt. Wir waren ja jetzt vom 24.03-29.03.2022 vor Ort bei bestem Wetter und so gut wie NICHTS los.

2. Einkaufsservice gegen Gebühr um den Kühlschrank etc.. nach Wunsch vor Ankunft für 1-2 + Tag/e zu bestücken fände ich super. Gerade am ersten Tag!
3. Klimaanlage/Heizunsee more

Klimaanlage/Heizung entsprechend der Kundschaft vor Ankunft sprachlich anpassen 4. 2x Conditioner 2x Shampoos erhalten aber kein Duschgel 5. 1x Mini Spülmittel das reicht bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie vielleicht max. 1 Tag. Wir waren 2x Erwachsene und unter Tags mit dem Auto unterwegs. 6. Wäre ich mit meinem anderen Auto gekommen wäre das parken in der Anlage unmöglich gewesen, so musste ich etwas improvisieren und trotzdem hab ich leicht aufgesetzt. Also alle Sportwagenfahrer vorher bitte nachfragen. Sonst wird es für euch teuer. 7.Eine Liste der Senderbelegung abhängig der Landessprache fände ich Super und einfach umsetzbar 8. Der Grillplatz klingt zwar gut aber ist wahrscheinlich der Örtlichkeit geschuldet Geruch/Rauch/Feuer etc... Alles in allem trotz der Kritikpunkte oder Verbesserungsvorschläge würde ich 4 von 5 Sternen geben für den Preis zu dieser Saison und für unsere Bedürfnisse. |
