Welcome to our beautiful and new apartment complex Gardaliva, recently built and newly-inaugurated in June 2019!
The apartment complex features 5 apartments divided into two buildings and surrounded by a beautiful and shared garden and infinity swimming pool.
The apartments are modern and with high-quality equipment, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. They all have their uniquely different features and strong points.
The apartment complex Gardaliva is ideally located just 450 m from the beach and the lake promenade in Manerba del Garda.
In the basement you will find a shared washing-machine to use for free and a big bbq area in the backyard is at your disposal.
Gardaliva Blue Studio can host up to 4 people and it is located on the ground floor with a private terrace.
This apartment features an open bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and offers an additional double bed Murphy in the living room, allowing this apartment to sleep four people very comfortably.
The kitchen is well-equipped and it is integrated with the dining room leading to the furnished terrace.
The bathroom is big and has a walk-in shower.
The unit is completely and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment, including bed/bath linens, bath towels.
Every apartment has private assigned parking.
A short walk takes you to the beach and lake promenade of Manerba del Garda where you can find restaurants, pizzeria and ice cream shop. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes’ drive away and a bakery near to house. You’ll find a good and varied selection of restaurants and other shops in a short distance.
Gardaliva offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more!
We suggest you to visit la Rocca di Manerba del Garda, a nature preserve site allowing for gorgeous lake scenery.

Die Lage und die Umgebung ist super. Man benötigt jedoch auf jeden Fall ein Auto damit man auch mal andere Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen kann und auch die vielen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung nutzen kann. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren 14 Tage da. Es war kein Handtuchwechsel oder Bettwäschewechsel vorgesehen. Auf Anfrage durften wir die schmutzige Wäsche ins Touristenbüro bringen und haben Neue bekommen. Schön wäre ein automatischer Wechsel gewesen. So ist es andernorts üsee more

The studio is close to the lake, just a 10 minutes walk, and there you find restaurants, a bar and an ice salon. |

Man hatte von dort aus einen schönen Ausblick über die Berge.
