Located in Manerba del Garda, just 1.5 km from the beach, Gardaliva welcomes you to a comfortable home set within a small residence with a shared swimming pool (open from early June to mid-September).
On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious living room with two sofas and a TV, opening onto a covered terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the private garden that surrounds the house. The separate kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals just like at home. This level also includes a guest toilet (without shower) and a washing machine.
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the rooms has direct access to the covered terrace. The house has air conditioning throughout, except in the bedroom with bunk beds.
The property accommodates up to 7 guests (including infants). Please note that this maximum number cannot be exceeded.

Kitchen equipment can be improved. Good knives for instance and a good coffee machine. The mokka I had to thouroughly clean before using and still was not a nice taste. A nespresso machine or something like that would have been much better.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Aufenthalt im Haus „Gardaliva Home&Garden“ von GardaFeWo.
Wir reisten mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern.
Das Haus bietet alles, was benötigt wird. Abgeschlossener eigener Parkplatz mit Platz für see more
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Aufenthalt im Haus „Gardaliva Home&Garden“ von GardaFeWo.
Wir reisten mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern. Das Haus bietet alles, was benötigt wird. Abgeschlossener eigener Parkplatz mit Platz für zwei PKWs befindet sich direkt am Haus. Ein großer ruhiger Terassenbereich, echter Rasen, Liegen, Grill für Holzkohle ec. Der Gemeinschaftspool hat eigene Duschen und ist gepflegt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war er wenig frequentiert. Türe und Hecken grenzen den Bereich locker mit Lücken vom Garten ab. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und modern möbliert. Der TV im Wohnzimmer empfängt deutsche Programme. In die Steckdosen passen Euro-Stecker. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, Spülmaschine und Gasherd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und auch Mikrowelle sind vorhanden (Keine Gewürze). Die beiden Essplätze innen und außen reichen bequem für 8 Personen. Die Gastgeber sprechen deutsch und waren sehr hilfsbereit und auch per WhatsApp schnell erreichbar. Auch eine spontane Verlängerung wurde unkompliziert geregelt. Wir können Anna&Cristina als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. |

Etwas mehr Platz in den Zimmern. Es ist alles sehr eng und zugestellt mit den zusätzlichen Stockbetten.
Kaffemaschine könnte durch ein neueres Modell ersetzt werden.
