Nice, new (in 2017 opening) and bright apartment Conte, quiet and yet quite central in the district Olzano in Tignale, only 500 meters far from the center.
From the terrace, even from the sofa in the living room, it is possible to admire the sunrises and sunsets over Lake Garda. The view extends to the other side of the river from Peschiera and the Gulf of Salò. In the evening you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the illuminated villages along the lakeside road, an unforgettable sight. Perfect for a romantic dinner on the terrace.
Exclusive furniture and all kinds of amenities stylishly matched to each other leave nothing to be desired.

In the apartment Barone are a beautiful living room with comfortable double sofa bed and access to the south-facing terrace with a more panoramic view of Lake Garda, a spacious bedroom with double bed, desk and wardrobe, and a new daylight bathroom with shower (90x100) and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob and a dishwasher, as well as coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster.
Facilities include a satellite TV, air conditioning, central vacuum, internet access and wooden balcony furniture.
In the basement is a communal washing machine, which is available for the three apartments.
A reserved parking space is available in front of the house.
Guests use for free the new relax center with sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and emotional showers located inside the Hotel Castello (approx. 600 meters from your apartment), upon reservation from 01.04 to 31.10 from 17.00 to 20.00.
A small complex of only 4 apartments, with a wonderful view. These apartments are for people aged 14 and over and guarantee moments of peaceful holidays!
The public pool is only 2,5 km far away.
With the Tignale Card you can have discounts, guided hikes and shuttle bus to the beach at the times indicated.
The exceptional location and its panoramic views over Lake Garda make their charm.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
Heating, air conditioning and electricity to be paid according to consumption: €0.85 per kWh.

Wir hatten Mitte Juni schönes Wetter (z. T. über 30 Grad) und immer ging hier ein leichter, angenehmer Wind. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unter anderem ist sogar ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön. Die Anfahrt nach Tignale ist kurvenreich, aber auf einer gut ausgebauten Straße (unbedingt die schriftliche Wegbeschreibung beachten und das Navi ignorieren!).

Ein Schlüssel für die Gartentore, die die 3 Terrassen verbinden wäre schön. Wir hatten tolle Nachbarn, ebenfalls mit Hunden, und die Möglichkeit eines offenen Durchgangs wäre für uns 3 Mietparteien einfacher gewesen.

Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (außer einem Backofen), die Terrasse ist riesig, der Ausblick jeden Tag aufs Neue wunderschön, so dass man hier gerne Zeit verbringt! Die Gastgeber heißen einen persönlich willkommen und führen zur Wohnung, sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, sprechen deutsch.
Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfes sind fußläufig zu erreichen: ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt (conad) inkl. Backwaren, mehrere Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Angeboten und in allen Preisklassen, so daß wir das Auto kaum bewegen mussten. Für Hundehalter und Wanderer interessant: Gassigehwege und Wandertouren in jeder Länge sind ab Haustür direkt vorhanden. Wir haben uns direkt zu Beginn die „Tignale App“ installiert, sie bietet viele, richtig tolle Wandertipps (auch für Mountainbiker sind Touren vorgeschlagen), wir sind jeden Tag (ab Haus) eine andere gelaufen und waren immer begeistert! Mal runter an den See, mal hoch in die Berge hinterm Haus. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, eine absolute Empfehlung ! |
