Situated on the second floor, the apartment offers 45 m² of comfort filled with natural light. The open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area is modern and welcoming, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to the real gem of the property: a private balcony with a breathtaking lake view—ideal for slow breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or moments of pure relaxation.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bright bathroom with shower.
Every detail is designed to make you feel at home, but with the special atmosphere that only a place suspended between lake and mountains can offer. From every corner of the house, the view inspires emotion—here, sunsets become a cherished daily ritual.
In addition to the private spaces, guests also have access — shared with only one other apartment — to a charming terraced garden, typical of the area and built along the natural slope of the mountain. You’ll find sun loungers here, perfect for relaxing in peace and nature.
The location is truly special: from the house, you can start numerous scenic walks, leading both into the mountains and down toward the lake, making Albicocca the perfect starting point to explore the area. Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet alles sehr neu und toll mit großem Esstisch und bequemer 3-er Couch. Sehr Hundefreundlich und super nette Betreiber.

Wir fanden es nicht so schön die Ferienwohnung in einem Haus unterschiedliche Nutzungskonzepte haben. Wir durfte ins Schwimmbad umsonst, unsere Nachbarn nicht.
