From the living room, you can access an equipped balcony, ideal for breakfast with the lake at your feet or for a sunset aperitif.

The American-style kitchen, equipped with high-quality modern appliances, faces west and offers spectacular glimpses while preparing morning coffee or dinner. On the same level, there is a practical storage room and a service bathroom with WC and washing machine.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, but to preserve privacy and tranquillity, beach access is limited to a maximum of 4 guests at a time.

Completing the experience is high-speed Wi-Fi and an underground covered garage suitable for vehicles of small dimensions, with useful measurements of 2.50 × 5.00 m and a maximum height of 1.85 m, making it easy to verify vehicle compatibility before arrival.

Check-in is scheduled from 15:00–19:00; for arrivals beyond this time, up to 23:30, a supplement of €50 is required. The property does not allow pets. A security deposit of €300 is required, payable in cash or by credit card upon arrival: if paid in cash, the amount will be refunded within 3 working days via bank transfer, unless damages occur; if by card, it is a pre-authorisation that, in the absence of damages, is automatically released after check-out.
