The elegant apartment Il Cedro is located in a high-quality residential complex featuring an outdoor pool surrounded by a spacious shared garden – the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette creates a welcoming, home-like feel. The property includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a modern bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room with toilet.
The covered terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, is perfect for relaxing while enjoying a pleasant view of the pool.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
The shared swimming pool is open at all times (not heated). Please note that wearing a swim cap is mandatory.
A private garage for your car is available free of charge.

Salò (short “a”, stress on the “o”) is a delightful and authentic destination. It offers several museums, a public pebble beach, and also a dog-friendly beach. Despite its beauty, Salò is not dominated by mass tourism and has preserved its genuine Italian atmosphere, frequented mainly by local families.
Many popular destinations, such as Verona, can be reached within an hour. The famous André Heller Botanical Garden in Gardone Riviera is only about 10 minutes away.
Theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva Water Park are approximately 45 km away and are perfect for a fun day out. Discounted tickets are available upon request at check-in.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Salo. Die Promenade sowie die Geschäfte sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Weiter sehr gut ist der komfortable Toefgaragenstellplatz. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr sauber und groß genug für 4 Personen.

Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Badekappenpflicht, wenn man den Pool benutzen möchte. Ohne Badekappe kann man nicht schwimmen, darauf wird seitens der Mitbewohner der Anlage penibel geachtet. Man sollte hier auf der Homepage einen Hinweis geben. Bekasee more

Man sollte hier auf der Homepage einen Hinweis geben. Bekannt sein dürfte der Verwaltung dieser Umstand, da man bei Ankunft Badekappen erhält. Ja, Badekappenpflicht besteht in Italien, jedoch hatten wir bisher nie diesen Umstand und man geht auch nicht davon aus. Deshalb wäre ein Hinweis vorher wünschenswert. Weiterhin musste man selbstständig seine Mülltonnen vorn an die Straße bringen. Jede Wohnung hatte einige kleine Tonnen. Diese mussten 4x die Woche herausgestellt werden. Es gibt keine Sammeltonne für die verschiedenen Mülltrennungen. (Glas, Papier etc.) Klar ist machbar, keine Frage - aber im Urlaub möchte man keinen DinA 4 Zettel lernen und immer abends darauf achten - welche Tonne wird morgens früh geleert.
Weiterhin könnte die Küche etwas besser eingerichtet sein, alles sehr abgezählt und nur die nötigsten Dinge. |
