The kitchen, separate but always connected to the living room, is perfect for expressing your culinary creativity. You'll find a Nespresso coffee machine to wake up at your best, a traditional oven and a microwave for every need, as well as a dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator: everything you need to feel at home, even far from home.

The real highlight? The panoramic terrace that embraces the entire apartment. Here you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset with a view of Lake Garda, have breakfast in the open air on sunny mornings or simply read a book listening to the birdsong. It's the ideal place to find your balance and fully experience the magic of the lake.

When it's time to rest, you'll discover two rooms designed for maximum comfort. The master bedroom, air-conditioned and equipped with a mattress topper and a 43" Smart TV, will pamper you with soft and regenerating nights. The second bedroom, perfect for families or friends, offers a welcoming bunk bed, a large wardrobe and a desk that will make you feel at home right away.

Both rooms open directly onto the terrace, ensuring that no one misses a sunset.

The ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection transforms every corner into a private office, perfect for those who travel for work and do not want to give up productivity.

The location? Unbeatable. A few steps away you'll find the harbour, beaches and the historic centre, with its streets lined with shops and venues. If you wish to explore the surroundings, the ferry will easily take you to the nearby villages. A great advantage of the Fantasy Apartment is the reserved covered parking: arriving by car, you will no longer have to worry about looking for a spot. For business trips or city excursions, Peschiera station is just a few steps away and will connect you at high speed to major cities of interest such as Milan, Venice and Rome, making every movement simple.

On the ground floor, the Pavon cafeteria will be your ally to start the day with a hearty breakfast or for an afternoon break without having to move.

A week before arrival, you'll have a dedicated concierge — speaking Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese — always available via chat to answer any questions. Upon arrival, we will welcome you in person, without safety deposit boxes or complicated procedures, and during your stay we will remain a message away, making you feel pampered throughout your stay. Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM there is a supplement of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. During check-in, a security deposit of €200 will also be required, with the possibility of payment in cash or credit card. Upon departure, we will greet you, ensuring everything was perfect and proceed with the return of the deposit.
