As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by a bright and relaxing atmosphere: the spacious open-plan area seamlessly combines the American-style kitchen, the dining area and the living room, enriched by a large corner sofa that transforms, when needed, into a comfortable double bed. A panoramic glass window frames the lake view and lets the morning light flood in, while the lake-facing balcony allows you to immerse yourself in the town’s energy and enjoy life as it flows.
The apartment features two elegant double bedrooms, one of which is enhanced by an independent walk-in wardrobe, a twin bedroom with two single beds, another room with a single sofa bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and has direct access to a private balcony, perfect for moments of relaxation, peace and privacy.
The three full bathrooms, modern and functional, are tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable walk-in showers. Although the property does not have a private parking space, a convenient public car park is located just a few metres from the entrance, at a daily cost of 12.00 E — a practical solution for those wishing to explore the lake freely and without worry.

One week before arrival, a dedicated concierge will be available to answer any questions about the apartment, suggest the best activities, the most popular restaurants and the most fascinating places to visit nearby. Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed, accompanied inside the residence and attentively assisted throughout your stay, with a discreet yet ever-present service. At departure, we will also be there to say goodbye and ensure your experience was simply perfect.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while for late arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50.00 E applies. A security deposit of 300.00 E is required, payable in cash or by credit card. In case of card payment, the amount will be refunded within three working days by bank transfer, provided no damages are reported.
