To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel cuddled and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, upon request we provide you with a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or booth, aluminum feeders, mat and food ration for the first night . You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.
