On the second floor (also with lift) of a recently built lakefront building, we find one of our best-selling 'Smeraldo' apartments. Entering the Smeraldo flat you are greeted by an entrance hall leading to the sleeping area, which is harmoniously divided into two comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms equipped with toppers to ensure your maximum comfort (A topper is an accessory for the bed that adds an extra layer of comfort). Air conditioning in each room adds an extra layer of comfort, elegance and well-being, allowing guests to optimise their sleeping and entertainment environment.
The carefully finished bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, washing machine and a spacious shower cubicle for your relaxation. In one of the rooms, you will also find a smart TV.
The living area is an ode to elegance and functionality: the American-style kitchenette is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso) and refrigerator, an ideal peninsula for your breakfast with a view. The large living room is a true corner of paradise, illuminated by three windows framing nature and the lake, all enhanced by a comfortable sofa (which can also be a bed), smart TV and air conditioning. Everything opens onto a large terrace that invites you to enjoy unforgettable aperitifs at sunset while admiring the incomparable view of Lake Garda.
To complete the picture perfectly, the Smeraldo flat offers a private garage with double parking space and the convenience of home automation throughout the flat. The flat is exclusively non-smoking (with the exception of the terrace where you will find a smoking area), thus guaranteeing the purity of the environment around you. Given the newly built context, we regret that pets are not accepted in this property. We would also like to inform you that a concierge service is available in all our flats. We want to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. That is why we offer a personalised concierge service to all our guests. When handing over the keys, we do not use code boxes or ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
As early as one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) at your disposal to answer any questions you may have about the flat and its surroundings. Our concierge will welcome you personally on your arrival, accompany you to the flat and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs you may have. Unten im Haus befand sich auch eine Garage tip top Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, sicher . Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt.

Schön wäre gewesen, wenn wir noch eine zweite Liege oder Liegestuhl gehabt hätten ( die wir auch zum Pool hätten nehmen können) . Ansonsten alles perfekt
