Luigi Visconti, in the early 1900s, took over a small winery and, in the 1930s, began his business in the city centre. The area was lakeside and, because of its extraordinary view, he decided to build his residence there as well. The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and wine production, while on the upper floors, he realised his dream of living in a wonderful place and creating a large family. The photograph of the 1930s building is visible in the gallery. The renovation of the property, completed in 2021, has maintained, as far as possible, the original construction. The fine marble stairs, wrought-iron railings, valuable coloured windows and frescoed attic ceilings by artists of the time are still present. The apartments, all with spectacular views, are named after the wines produced by the Visconti family and are a jewel of comfort and technology. Below is the detailed description of the apartment you are viewing: LUIGI VISCONTI. The LUIGI VISCONTI apartment, on two levels, is a four-room apartment that represents perfection for families. It has three bedrooms, arranged as follows: a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a comfortable King-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a room with a single bed (200 x 120 cm), and a third single room (200 x 100 cm). All the rooms have a Topper of high quality on the mattresses. A Topper is an accessory for the bed that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more comfortable. LUIGI VISCONTI offers excellent accommodation for four people, to which two more guests can be added using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Upon entry, we find the living room with the dining room, a balcony with a unique lake view, and next to it, the kitchen in a separate space, fully equipped with the latest-generation appliances, including an induction cooktop. Under the stairs, there is a service bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer. We then go upstairs to discover the sleeping area, previously described. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and an electrically operated roof for a night under the stars. In between the bedrooms is a third comfortable bathroom, equipped with a shower box.
