The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and wine production, while on the upper floors, he realised his dream of living in a charming place and raising his family in a unique environment. A photograph of the original 1930s building is still visible in the gallery. The recent renovation, completed in 2021, respected the historical soul of the building, preserving valuable architectural elements such as marble stairs, finely decorated wrought-iron railings, windows with coloured glass, and the frescoed ceilings in the attic by artists of the time. The apartments, all with spectacular views, are named after the wines produced by the Visconti family and represent a perfect balance of elegance, technology, and comfort. Garda Chiaretto, the pink apartment, is a refined three-room apartment ideal for couples with children or for a comfortable stay of up to four people. Upon entry, you are welcomed by a spacious, open-plan living area, bright and modern, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a window offering an unbeatable view. The dining table, perfect for unforgettable dinners and aperitifs, is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The space is air-conditioned and equipped with a smart TV with satellite channels and access to the most popular streaming platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Video. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 200x180 cm, a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a safe. Adjacent is an elegant bathroom with a large shower, WC, and accessibility suitable for people with disabilities. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, one of which is pull-out, measuring 200x90 cm.
