Luigi Visconti, in the early 1900s, took over a small winery and, later in the 1930s, began his own business in the city centre. The area was lakeside, and as it enjoyed an extraordinary view, he decided to build his home there as well. The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and wine production, while the upper floors realised the dream of living in a beautiful place and creating a large family. A photograph of the building from the 1930s is visible in the gallery. The restoration of the property, completed in 2021, has preserved, as much as possible, the original construction. The fine marble stairs, wrought-iron railings with decorative details, windows with fine and coloured glass, and the attic ceilings frescoed by artists of the time have been retained. The apartments, all with a spectacular view, are named after the wines produced by the Visconti family and are a gem of comfort and technology. The apartment is a one-bedroom unit, perfect for romantic couples but also suitable for up to 4 people. After the entrance, on the right, we find the spacious master bedroom equipped with a comfortable king-size bed (200 cm x 180 cm) with a high-quality topper that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more inviting. The bedroom also offers a spectacular view, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and, next to it, a bathroom with a large shower. At the end, the open space includes a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a balcony with an unbeatable view, a table and chairs for priceless dinners and aperitifs, an induction cooktop, air conditioning, a smart TV with satellite channels, and access to all the most popular apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Video, etc. All apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, LAN, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a security safe.
