Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright living area with a spacious kitchen featuring the latest-generation induction hob and new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The living room, spacious and well-organised, is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV connected to the ultra-fast Wi-Fi network, exclusively for guests. From here, you can access a large balcony offering a lovely view of the park and a partial view of the lake, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a high-quality mattress enhanced with a topper for superior comfort, and the second with a new and comfortable bunk bed. Both areas, day and night, are air-conditioned to ensure an ideal temperature in every season. Guests also have access to a handy storage room with a safe and cleaning utensils. The concierge will accompany guests to the apartment and be available for any needs during their stay, providing quick and personalised assistance even via chat. Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00, while for arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30, a supplement is required. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of 100 E, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by credit card, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within three working days, provided there are no damages.
