But the real added value is privacy: each room has its own bathroom, so the stay becomes fluid, comfortable, and perfect even for two couples or a family wanting well-separated spaces.

One of the rooms offers an en-suite bathroom with internal access, complete and reserved: the classic detail that changes the rhythm of the stay and gives that feeling of a small suite. The other room, instead, is preceded by a private antechamber, right at the entrance of the room: here is the second bathroom, complete and very convenient, because it is easily usable by other guests without invading the actual room.

In the corridor, a dedicated wardrobe contains a convenient laundry area with washing machine, iron, and drying rack, along with everything needed for house care: perfect for longer stays and for those who love to feel truly at home.

Continuing, one is naturally guided towards the living area, the true heart of the apartment. The living room is modern and welcoming, with a pleasant dining area and a sofa bed, perfect for an additional guest or to relax at the end of the day in front of the Smart TV. Light enters generously and leads towards the balcony, where the view opens onto Lake Garda: an ideal space for a slow breakfast, an aperitif upon return, or simply to stop for a few minutes to listen to the silence and rhythm of the lake.

The kitchen, separate from the living room, is compact but well-organized and surprising in its functionality. Also overlooking a lake-view balcony, it is equipped with an induction hob and everything needed to live daily life with simplicity and freedom.
