The apartment features two charming balconies with lake views, connected respectively to the kitchen and the living room, perfect for enjoying the fresh lake air from the very first morning coffee. The spacious and well-distributed living area includes a modern and comfortable lounge, enriched with a Smart TV for moments of relaxation, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook: hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, crockery, and utensils. To make the experience even more enjoyable, our personalised and multilingual concierge service is included, designed to accompany you in every phase of your holiday. A week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment, recommended activities in the area, or the best restaurants and places to visit. Upon your arrival, you'll be welcomed in person, accompanied inside the residence, and assisted throughout your stay. At the end, we'll be there to bid you farewell and ensure that everything has been perfect.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. For evening arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of €50.00 is required. A security deposit of €200.00 is required, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. In case of credit card payment, the amount will be returned within three working days via bank transfer, unless there are any damages.
