Located on the first floor with a lift, the apartment welcomes guests in a bright open-plan living room with a kitchenette, dining area and relaxation zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary utensils for a worry-free holiday. The comfortable double sofa bed and TV unit complete the living area, which overlooks a large terrace with a view of the pool and a picturesque glimpse of the lake. A perfect space to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air, while parents can relax while keeping an eye on children in the pool.
The sleeping area consists of a practical corridor with a built-in wardrobe and washing machine, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe. The double mattress is enhanced by a high-quality topper, which adds an additional layer of comfort for a regenerating sleep. The sleeping area is completed by a service bathroom with a washbasin and WC and a second bathroom with a double washbasin, bidet, WC and shower.
Every room, including the living room, has direct access to the terrace, ensuring bright environments and well-liveable spaces. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room and an underground garage (300x213x6.5 mt). The location is strategic, close to supermarkets, Desenzano and Sirmione motorway exits and main services.

Pets are welcome with a small supplement of 5 E per day. The apartment is subject to a deposit of 150 E, which can be paid in cash or by credit card. In the event of cash payment, the deposit will be refunded within three working days by bank transfer, subject to any damage.
