CANCELLATION AND CHANGES OF THE RESERVATION BY THE GUEST
The cancellation of the reservation or any changes must be communicated as soon as possible by e-mail or by post, whose address is indicated on the booking receipt. The cancellation of a reservation may result in penalties, which depend on each portal.
As a general rule, there are the following penalties:
The customer pays 30% of the total cost if canceled after booking
The customer pays the total amount if canceled within 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES OF THE RESERVATION BY THE COMPANY
In case of cancellation of the booking by the company for unforeseen reasons independent of the company and with the impossibility of entering the accommodation, the company will inform you as soon as possible of the unexpected and will try to find an alternative, providing you with a new accommodation of the same type or higher level.
If this option is not possible or does not satisfy you, your reservation will be canceled and you will be immediately refunded the full amount already paid.
In these cases, subsequent complaints and complaints are not accepted.
Reimbursement is not possible if the client finds complaints despite being offered a new accommodation.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed exclusively within the company, placed in the folder of documents belonging to the travel company with which you conclude the rental contract on the premises.
The use of data is necessary for the administrative process for booking, maintaining consolidated business relationships and for providing information on new services and offers.
According to the rules for the implementation of the established rules, the travel company guarantees the use of the necessary methods to maintain the adequate level of security in the processing of personal data.
Therefore, the Company informs you that it may use your data for the verification and / or cancellation of a request based on your personal data by means of the document sent as a passport or at the address specified in the request voucher.
The travel company will not provide your personal information to third parties, unless this action has been previously agreed and necessary for the presentation of the requested tourist services. In conclusion, personal data will be used by ITS to provide technical support. In the event that the ITS uses customer information, it is obliged to take basic or appropriate measures for the safe use of data. Therefore, it does not use the data for other purposes, nor does it transfer information to third parties.
